Meeting 1

First meeting about charlie and the chocolate factory, we all sat around a table with the script to do a read through so that we could get some understanding of what the characters are like. We all got delegated characters to read out, mine were Mr Bucket and Mrs Teavee. While reading each scene we were also taking notes on anything what would be a clue on that the characters look like. At the end of each scene we stopped and discussed if anything stood out about the characters, we done this until we finished the play. 

Once we finished our read through, we discussed as a team what we needed to do next. We decided the next move was to create mood boards and face charts for the characters so that we had some initial ideas to be able to share with everyone the following week. To do this we delegated characters again as some had more than others. The characters i was giving were Mr Bucket, Mrs Teavee, Mrs Beauregarde and then everyone had to come up with a design for an Oompa-Loompa.
