Today was just mostly practicing for charlie and as my piers had volunteered what i needed them for practicing i repaid the favour today and let them practice beard laying on me then old age make up as they where missing this work and its needed for the characters in the show. Spirit gum was used to apply the crepe wool to my top lip, fair to say i wont be quick to volunteer to have that used so closely to my nose in future as i couldn't stomach the smell. Luckily it was only moustache that was getting applied today. While I was getting made to look old we found out that our wig delivery had arrived, we sorted through the wigs checking they where all there then started to think of ideas that can be done with the wigs as they are just long wavy ones and we want the hair styles all different as we have a mixed cast of male and females. As they are the wigs look a bit to feminine for what we are after. We will work on the wigs on one of our other days as we where still only half way through practicing the looks. Once the looks where complete we went through to the theatre to see if they where strong enough form the stage or if anything would need changing. The old age theatre makeup looks even better from an audience point of view compared to being up close.
