Week commencing 21.03.22

This week we focused on getting our moodboards together for all the characters most of us had chosen characters we would like to do and started these last week, I was originally looking into ideas for the Stepmother and came across makeup looks that I thought would be a really good idea for our wolf! It was what I thought of when the director first told us his ideas for the play dystopian, dark, and different only problem I had would be the images I found would be a full on makeup look and I knew the actor was playing a second character also. I decided to still make a moodboard for my idea of the wolf to see if there was any possible way to tie in or add the look somehow, as one of the other MUA's was looking into a more subtle version of the wolf character.  

I did finish my moodboard I was doing for the stepmother also. I also went darker for this look in the style of makeup I had chosen, I think it would suit the type of character she is. 

While I was finding all my images for my moodboards I found pictures someone had taken of them turning themselves into the Witch from Into the Woods, so I decided to print these and show the rest of the group and some of the others where trying to think of ways to create the Witch. I thought this might help inspire them maybe.

I had also put together a moodboard for the Baker's Wife and created face charts for both the Baker's Wife and the Stepmother going off the moodboards.
